Guys does Ontario still issue PTs? One om my NOCs is wrong and I feel like resubmitting my EE profile.

Do i have a chance to receive a PT a second time?

Haven't seen any news on the forum for almost a week now so that's probably a good reason to believe that they have temporarily stopped issuing PTs.

Also, your EE profile is editable till you get an ITA. Have you tried logging in and changing your NOCs? I've done it successfully - changed my primary NOC once too before getting an ITA.

Also, if you've received your PT once and you think that changing your NOC now amounts to misrepresentation - Remember that they haven't explicitly said that your PT was based on your NOC (it might have been but they don't say it anywhere). If that still bothers you, recommend that you attach a letter of explanation along with your OOPNP application to explain why you had to make the change. If you've already sent them the application, wait for the nomination and you can then send in a letter of explanation along with other documents post ITA.
