Sorry if this is covered in another thread but could not locate.
Preparing to apply on-line for Off-Campus Work Permit and have a few questions as user guide has limited info.
1) must you upload photo? If so, what are the photo specifications for OCWP?
2) must you upload Document Checklist (IMM 5583)? I don't see it in the on-line application list of documents to upload.
3) in field for "employer's name, address, etc.", if haven't begun looking for employment then does one enter "N/A" or "to be determined"? In many fields, limited by # of characters.
