I recieved a dispatch message today also hopefully status is approved which I read in my online application

I applied online for my grandma residing in India on Nov.12th.

Is any October applicant is still waiting for the results for visitor visa,not sure what to do at this point, as the travel dates i have in invitation letter are getting closer
