I forgot my online services account . I tried to reset the password, and it asked me to enter security answers. I feel I am typing in the right answers but its showing an error. Can I use different email address to create a new account in online services portal to pay the fees?

You will need a new account and need to create the application again.

If you did not have any permanent job during that time and worked most days of the month you can add entries for it. Use Canadian address.
