No it's not

He applied after 3 years and 11 months

I sent application from Ottawa - so i assume my local office as Ottawa !
My Application was delivered on October 16th.
AOR on Nov 22nd.
Status changed to 'In Process' on January 11th.
Physical Presence: 1529 days.

Ottawa office was very quiet regarding the IP status most of the December. According to the spreadsheet the last IP was issued on December 11, then nothing.
But luckily they switched to high gear in January, and we see 9 IP issued over the last seven days. If they keep such a rate we all can expect to get an IP within next two weeks, as there are still 18 applicants waiting for it.

I am from ottawa and I applied on Oct 12 as well and was received on the 16th of October
They sent me the correspondence letter and the study book on November 9
Last update my application is in process on January 10
By reading the above comments i think everything is going faster than before (I hope so!)
I am waiting for my test i hope they call me soon! Do you think Ottawa Will be fast and they’ll call us soon?! They say it depends on how many people applied i wonder if there’s a lot or not.

I recommend that you first download it as excel spreadsheet, and then browse it locally on your PC. That is much faster than browse it on-line with the web browser.
