RFV means Ready for visa, there would be one final review before sending out PPR. The delays are all over the place, there are people with everything approved in Jan/Feb but no PPR yet. I myself have eligibility passed in early Jan 2021 but security not started. By the way, are you FSW outland and whats your AOR? Thanks

Great progress mate, select few FSW from Oct 20 have reached so far. However, per what I've read in other forums it would be reasonable to expect PPR once travel restrictions are eased.
