i think you have to prepare n kung ano ung hinihingi sayo n additional docs, one of the factors causing delay of processing your application..meaning ng auto reply is sure n nsa email n nila un for review purposes..they dont need to reply you query..kya nga andyan c call center nila kya lahat ng concerns is pinapasa nila s call center..then c call center sasagot lang pag tumawag k, ang nakakainis dun sasabihin lang sayo under process ang application..San b galing ang request ng additional docs syo? mail frm air21 or email? ano po ang nakalagay s letter?rox0308 said:Pearly , nagemail ako sakanila three weeks ago kasi may problem sa additional docs request nila para sakin. need patience lang po tlaga s hindi nila pag response due to volume of applications to be processed..super private kc mga staff dun according to my friend n nagwwork s rcbc tower..

d ko lang sure kung pwede nila ibigay passport mo pero i think hindi nila ibibigay un for safety s kanila & under process p application mo..pakiusapan mo n lng cguro ung s nagpprocess ng police clearance na nsa embassy passport mo, kung gusto nila ng proof ipakita mo ung mail s knila frm embassy..saang lugar k magppgawa ng police clearance? wag mo n patagalin and wag mo na hintayin reply nila dahil lalo k madedelay..binigyan k b ng cem ng deadline?rox0308 said:

Hello! Sasagot lng ako bka makatulong, pde pong hiramin yung passport s CEM kc twice ko na nahiram yung passport ko from them kc need ko magtravel. You can go to the embassy before 11am and just fill up the inquiry form telling them you need to borrow your passport for the following reasons, then balik mo n lng agad cguro kahit kasabay na nung additional docs mo para isang tawag n lng for pick up.
