Sorry to hear that po, by the way nakapagpamedical kna po ba before the VO reach final decision? and employed ka po ba now - nung pinasa mo yung application mo? i think its also one of the factors, i have relatives na sobrang layo po ng job offer sa canada at wala tlgang background sa papasukan nila dun, sa present work nila sa pinas and yet they were granted visa, and even though they stated na we have first degree relatives in Canada.

Agree, at the end of the day it depends pa rin po sa VO. :-\

yes tama po friend nyo..dapat hindi k n lng ngdeclare ng kamaganak mo..aq meron me kamaganak 1st degree din pero d ko cla dineclare kc madamot ung mga kamaganak ko nsa toronto..and mrmi p docs need ni vo pra masatisfy mo xa n my kamaganak k dun..pwede k nmn uli reapply after 6mos tapos gawa k n lng ng cover letter mo pra un agad mabasa ni vo along with your last situation kung bakit k narefuse..hope it helps..

siguro po hindi lang yun ang reason kaya kayo narefuse.to be honest andun ang 2 of my sisters and the family of my uncle.both of my sisters declared they have relatives in canada when they've had their papers processed.pareho naman po nabigyan sila ng TWP.

Ilagay natin sa forms/applications lahat ng hinihingi at kelangang i-declare. Ang hindi pagdeclare ng maayos ay maihihintulad na din fraudulent act.

Kaya po ganyan ang mga forms ng CEM dahil sa experience na din nila sa mga nag-aapply in the past.

Anyway, sad to hear na may narefuse. Madami na akong kaibigan sa forum na narefused. Don't worry babyGshockwhite, God has better plans for you. Trust in Him.

Meron ako nabasang 2x na nadeny pero yung third time nya is a charm at better yung position/sitwasyon nya.

For those waiting, keep your hopes up. Madami nang naghintay, nainip, nabugnot, nabaliw at kung ano ano pa nangyari sa mga ka-forum members natin dito. Hindi kayo nag-iisa at madadami na ding naapprove.

Hi, ask ko lang po if you submitted your most current sss static and nbi when you sent your application? Nag veverify kasi sila ng work experiance and if may present work ka pa din. Maybe that's why yun yung reasons nila na 'limited emplyment situation and your current employment situation' and factors for refused visa nyo?
