These are my answers. To the veterans in this forum please give your ideas also.

1. SSS Contributions: If you have SSS and the company who makes contribution is related to the job that you applied I suggest you to Include that in your application (plus points yan for the authentication of your previous jobs). But based on your statement that its only your call center job who made remittance, it has no significance to your applied job which is Restaurant Supervisor. If the CEM needs your SSS they will ask you to submit that. (My answer is only for SSS Contribution concern. But if you put your call center job in your resume or CV you must provide support like COE)

2. About 3rd party representative: quoted from Guide 5487 - Applying for a Work Permit outside Canada
What is a representative?
A representative is someone who has provided advice, consultation, or guidance to you at any stage of the immigration application process, or in an immigration proceeding. If someone represented or advised you to help you submit your application, then that person is your representative. A representative is also someone who has your permission to conduct business on your behalf with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

When you appoint a representative:

• you also authorize CIC and CBSA to share information from your case file with this person;
• your application will not be given special attention nor can you expect faster processing or a more favourable outcome;
• the representative is authorized to represent you only on immigration matters related to the application you submit with this form;
• you can appoint only one representative for each application you submit;
• you are not obliged to hire a representative. We treat everyone equally, whether they use the service of a representative or not.

I don't know somebody here who has representative. We rather use this forum if we want clarification or help. My gush! 28k? Laki nun ahh. Pwede namang ikaw na mag process nyan use that privilege my dear. The advantage of getting representative is if you're not here in the Philippines upon your application then your representative will do the job on your behalf.

3. Di naman mahirap masyado ang processing dito sa pinas. As long as complete lang yung documents mo. pa pickup mo lang. Din wait ka na ng medical request... boom ayon na wait ka na ng visa. kaso lang matagal subrang tagal ang result. Pro di naman lalampas yan ng 6 months.
If you can start working in hongkong by next month, much better dun ka na mag apply but make sure you bring all your documents there. But if after two months pa, dito ka na mag apply.

4. My LMO and Job offer are not original. I just printed the emailed documents from my employer and includes it to my application. LMO has file numbers for them to trace for authentication.

suggestion: includes all the documents that you think will strengthen your application for the applied job, like your education, training or whatsoever.

Because your new here, I quoted Zia24's reasons of refusal and this is mostly the reasons the CEM has provided.
You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. in reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
-your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
-limited employment prospects in your country of residence
-your current employment situation

Even you're 100% sure with your application it still depends on VO's decision. Goodluck!

By the way mga Sir (@cabalen and @ sir leextream). I can see that @ cabalen will be landing in Canada VERY SOON (wohoo! 8)) and @ leextream is finished with medical reqt's already. May experience na po ba kayo as OFW? If na-post niyo na po sagot, pasensya na po kung hindi ko pa nakita dahil hindi ko pa po nabasa lahat ng threads in the forum. Sobra dami po kasi... ;D Naisip ko lang po kasi na kung former OFW kayo, baka yun nagpataas ng chance ng approval ng application niyo. Kasi ako po, 1st time to work abroad palang if ever.

I'm suppose to receive the result of my application this month but due to the request of the renewal of my passport, mas na delay pa. Anyway, wala tayong magawa kundi mag hintay at sumunod.

Nakapag abroad ako sa Saudi for exactly one year. July ako nakauwi last year. My reason for going there is because years ago I planned to apply in NZ with the same job but the NZ embassy is getting stricter. They don't accept any two years job experience with only COE. I mean they don't make credits for that not unless you can provide SSS contribution with the company na related sa job na inaaplayan mo at least two years na binabayaran ng company mo yun. or provide them your payslip. Because I can't provide that... nag work ako sa Saudi sa dairy farm din dun. Unfortunately, di ko kinaya ang pagod at sa kakarampot na sahod at sa environment dun tumigil ako. Di na ako naka abot sa 2 year contract ko. So there, kulang yung requirements ko sa NZ. What push me to apply in Canada is that I have a couple friend with the same situation of mine. Before ako nag Saudi naka process na sila. Nakahanap kasi sila ng employer agad. halos parehas kami ng training, ng NCII, sabay kami sa farm. Pro yung bagsak ko sa Saudi at sila sa Canada na.

What I'm trying to say here is that. Kahit wala kang experience sa abroad as long as related yung work experience mo dito sa pinas sa aaplayan mo sa Canada. Ayos na yan. Just be convincing to them. Ipakita mo sa kanila yung mga trainings mo, education or anything na related sa job mo. Yung friend ko nga NC-II lang ang pambato nya andun sarap na ng buhay. Nasa LMO mo din yun kung ano educational level dun at experience dapat. Di naman nakasaad dun na dapat abroad ka. Kung pasok ka dun. Di go go na.

Mas advantage ba kung nakapag abroad ka? Well for me siguro may 1% plus point ka lang dun. Parang No na din sagot ko. Kasi di lang naman talaga nakatuon ang VO natin dun. Like tinitignan din nya kung ano employer mo dun kung ano maging sitwasyon mo dun.

In every embassy kasi may pros and cons din yan. Sa CEM nga may nakaalis din kahit wala xang experience sa job na inaaplyan nya.
