Next step varies as per application, based on what members have shared.
It could either be medical passed update or ppr request if everything moves smoothly. Assuming application has all documentation and medical was upfront.

I see that lots of people are getting the medical upfront instead of waiting for medical request. Nit sure if I should get it done and then submit through web portal. As the waiting times are increasing. Please suggest.

I did my parents supervisa a few years ago and now applied for my in laws. In both cases, did the medical upfront.
Imo it’s better, coz it saves time and the visa office has all docs they’ll need for the application.
More important now than before, due to the increased processing time.

I would recommend getting medical upfront.
