I've received a response from the webform. IRCC said "We verified the information on file and can confirm that your fingerprint) was not received by the responsible office yet." .
So I sent an email to RCMP to confirm if they've received the fingerprints from Vancouver Police Department and when it was sent to IRCC Vancouver Office. If they do not respond it next couple days, I will call them.
Thank you for your reply!

I've not received any response from RCMP about my wife's fingerprints, but coincidently this morning her Background Verification was marked as completed. But Prohibitions is still "In Progress".

I got invited to the direct passport application pilot from Calgary where you don't even need a guarantor and you submit it ahead of time. They just mail you the passport as soon as your citizenship is complete, then.

Sadly, I can't use it, since it requires you to be residing in Canada. That would have been really cool; I didn't even know they were still running that pilot.

Another update Today: Prohibitions completed! Yay!
Questions for those with Vancouver Office, how long took after everything was completed to get the ceremony email?
