Has anyone who did their oat ceremony Feb 13th gotten the link for the certificate yet?

Did you login to the portal and tried downloading the certificate ?

where are you accessing to download ecertificates, I did my oat in the 13 and I have not received any email with instructions or anything.

No update in the tracker yet. The instruction email was received about 20 days after LPP completed.
