Finished my fingerprints on Nov 18 but still it says it is in progress. is this normal?

Submitting fingerprints is a long process- first they check it through the database 3-8 weeks, then send the result to RCMP or something like that- they can take several months

After completing the test i was shown a page saying 19/20 is my score and thats it.
I did not get any email saying that I completed the test.

Was it the same for you as well? in other words, did you get any email saying you completed the test without you clicking the button email result?
