It looks like I won’t be receiving an aor for my daughter even though we applied together, does anybody know if there’s a way to inquire about it? Or at least follow up?

We applied online as a family of 4 (me, my wife and 2 kids). Today, my background has been completed but when I checked the status on my wife and my kids tracker, it's still pending. Is that normal? or is it just one member who will get an update? or it should be an individual update?
