Hmmm so maybe the agents are lieing to us. Because if its says not started and your complete date was 28th which was Wednesday. Hopefully i see something tomorrow
ATI extends beyond the scope of what we are talking in here but yes basically you request information regarding your file under the ATI. Now given that I haven't done this, all of this is second hand knowledge.

There are stories of them not clearing up thing as well so it isn't exactly a sure shot solution but it might be worth a shot in your case.
If you ask them about the specific stages that whether language or prohibitins are passed or in progress, only then they give feedback about specific things.
Don't worry much. It happened with me as well. Mine LP was completed on 24 Feb, updated on tracker 27 Feb, but prohibitions were pending.....but my prohibitions were completed on 28 Feb, and reflected on tracker on today. So, wait for 1 or 2 days with patience or call them, may be physical count already completed on their end, and will be reflected on your end after 2-3 days.
Ah, finally got my Prohibitions completed as well after giving a mild heart-attack, because it was not completed with language and physical count on 24Feb, and I was obsessing why they didn't completed together. Anyhow, today, all things are checked as green, except oath ceremony. Hurray!

Yesterday my prohibition went green. Waiting for oath.
