October 2022 Spousal Sponsorship online/ Outland

Hi all,

I have applied for my spousal visa and have received AOR.

we have also applied for visitor visa and she receive a Biometric request

Today she receive biometric request for her PR as well.

I have payed for biometrics for both.

Anyone been in this situation before? Do I give biometrics for both since I have two request letters?

Submitted on October 17th,2022, received AOR on December 23rd,2022. Application was returned on January 11th,2023 due to missing documents and was resubmitted after 2 days. Biometrics and medical haven’t been requested yet but when I called IRCC they said background check is in progress, I was wondering how is it possible if the PA hasn’t provided biometrics yet, and just to clarify the PA has never applied for TRV in past so there are no biometrics of PA on file.

October,16-2022---Application Received.

January,31-2023---Sponsorship Approval without Visa Office (VO) information sent to sponsor(Representative) email.

No updates since then. Am I missing anything here?

No AOR, No Biometrics, No Medical request and No VO information.

I have been tracking only using the sponsor UCI details. Who happens to be my representative in my application.

Congrats bro, I see on the excel tracker (limited data) that most people from Egypt get medical around 150 days after submission so probably Medical is within the next few days. I am using you as a reference point for Egypt applications as I applied October 25th and now waiting for Medical and/or Pre-arrival around mid march
