Out of curiosity, how did everyone sign the 5532 form? The instructions said to digitally sign, but the form does not support this feature.

I printed it and signed it and then scanned it again

I used the Print option and saved it as a PDF (change the name of the file as well). By doing that I was able to digitally sign the required forms.
