hi All,
Any help on this would be really appreciated, I have a quick question how do we know if the decision has been made or not? My LS, PP, and P were completed on March 1st 2023 but there status is still "In Progress" for my application, so just out of curiosity when and how does this notification for Decision Made will be seen on my application?

Application Time line:
Application Sent: May 15, 2022
Finger Prints Request: Dec 09, 2022
BG Completed: Dec 19, 2022
Test Date: Feb 01, 2023
Test Completed: Feb 06, 2023
LS, PP, and P completed: March 01, 2023
Decision Made: ??? (not sure how would I know about this)

Remember told you in my case it was the same. Please see this thread https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...processing-delay-medical-surveillance.788323/

even though medical clearance is there we received test complete and bg complete. I followed up instructions in the email and received clearance confirmation by Public Health Liaison Unit but still tracker shows waiting on you. Confirmed with agent on the call that its received but will see.

Thank you for that thread! We did get the email response back from the medical surveillance team, and they said we are in compliance and they have left a note on the citizenship application regarding the same.

We will call IRCC maybe in a couple weeks just to check it's all good and updated.

Great. Please update when your tracker’s additional info requirement notice disappears. Even though I confirmed with agent on the call that it’s ok, my tracker still shows “waiting on you”.

We were finally able to catch hold of an agent friday, and were told that the application is on hold for medical surveillance clearance. They weren't sure why we didn't get an email or why the status on the portal is not explicitly clear, but the agent we spoke with was very good, and forwarded an email with instructions on reaching out
to the medical surveillance team for next steps.

Guessing this will add delay to the overall timeline :(
What is medical surveillance clearance? Is it for citizenship application?

Related to medical exam from permanent residency. During citizenship they would like to know if you followed up with Public health after landing in Canada.
