I submitted my application and received AOR. As soon as I received the AOR I received an email from IRCC for document request for PCC which I submitted on Oct 30,2022. I replied to the same email with the requested PCC document (as I did not know how else to submit).
The last update on my citizenship tracker account is on Dec 16,2022 and it still shows that they are waiting on me for the requested document. I have replied to their email 2 times before the Dec 16, 2022. Should I wait?

Same thing for me, they asked about letter of explanation regarding passport gap. Provided the LOE same day and that message still showing up. But when I tracked my husband's app it shows that they already received the information he provided.

Hi guys,
My background is complete on Jan 16th. Please update the spreadsheet.
(Physical presence, language and prohibitions are still in progress).
Additional info: I logged in yesterday and noticed I got a ghost update on January 14th but didn't see that background was complete. And then I logged today and saw the last update was today (Jan 18th) and that Background verification was complete on Jan 16th. I guess it takes a couple days to reflect the update in the account.
