My application was delivered on Oct 3 2022. I have not received the AOR. Is there anyone else who still have not received AOR and their application was delivered before OCT 10?

If you have applied for citizenship for the whole family, does each adult get AOR or only one person gets ?

" Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.".
did you apply single or for family? and was there separate AOR for each individual ? or the group AoR.THank you

I am unable to create an account for Application Tracker. Getting the following error:

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

My application never mentioned the Use of a Representative. Is there anyone else with the same issue? Or does anyone know how to resolve this?

Web form or calling did not help.

Tracker is different than ECAS. Normally 2 to 3 days after AOR you can sign in to Tracker. But ECAS usually after 2 to 3 month change to IN PROCESS,when you background check complete.
