I sent my application on Oct 27 and received on Oct 31.
It is a paper application with total of 3 family members.
Still I have not received any update.
Is this is normal and how much time it will take to get AOR ?

Yes this is normal.

As of today, looks like only applications received up to Oct 19th have received AOR.

I would recommend you join the whatsapp group for updates.

Could you please post your updates here as well so that we can record it in the spreadsheets? The spreadsheets helps us have a permanent record that we can go back and extract useful information...

Hello Friends,

I submitted a family paper application on 3rd October which was received on 13th October at sydney.

I received my application back as incomplete with below information.

"Please submit photo taken in past six months".

I did a mistake of submitting photos taken 10 months ago for me, my wife and daughter. We all have received our applications back with above missing information.

I am not sure if I need to just include the new photographs and send the package back our redo the application itself because they have mentioned that "the date of signature on the original application will still be used for physical presence calculations".

My only worry to send back the same application is that in the front page of all 3 of our applications, they have marked as "CPC SYDNEY OCT 13 2022 RECEIVED"

Can any of you please help?

We got our application sent back because of a missing second ID for our son. We have the applications marked too. I just included the missing doc and sent back the same documents. We have gotten our AOR. I will advise that you should just include the recent photographs and send the docs back to them.

Just put the new photos and send it. But pay attention to that the date from you signed the application to delivery date to Sydney office shouldn't be more than 90 days . For example if you signed application at Nov 30 , you can deliver it to then before Dec 29 is acceptable.

I applied for citizeship on 10th of October this year ,paper application. Family of 3 including 1 minor.
received AOR on Dec 5th...we applied all application together. Only my spouse got AOR..do all of us get AOR separately?

May be wait for few days and open the web form . My application was received on 13th October. Got AOR on 17 Nov.

While I was trying to create an account, it is showing following error
" Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.".
