Thank you for your replyRight now online applicants (single) have been receiving AOR faster. Since Hurricane Fiona, lots of paper applicants and online adult group applicants since end of September are still waiting for AOR. It may take some time until they catch up.
Look at the spreadsheet to see if you can spot other trends:

I think it's better to include "Citizenship Grants" or "GRANTS ADULTS" as the second line whether it's regular or priority mail, it might help in quick mail sorting.
will there be any problems if “Citizenship Grants” isn’t included? I forgot to write it down when mailing the application
It shouldn't be a problem. In the two or three different variants of the address on the IRCC website (regular mail/courier etc) they don't have this line in some variants.
Shouldn't be a problem if you didn't include, it's just a preference. As soon as they open the package they'll know.
I got AOR on 24 October and I was able to register tracker on 26 oct. But I can’t see my application on ecas. Weird
For me it took 2 days. But on other threads i read. You need to wait 48 to 72 hours.Any idea how much time do I need to wait before creating the tracker account? I did receive email yesterday that they have entered the information in the system but I still see below error:
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet"
