There are only two bills amending the Citizenship Act in the current session and none of them have anything to do with self administered oath...

Self-administered Oath without an IRCC official or citizenship judge is being promulgated as a regulatory change and is currently under comment period till Mar 27.

Also did you know that IRCC publishes a departmental plan every financial year? Take a look at the 2023-24 plan. They explicitly list self administered oath as a goal. See my summary of the FY 2023-24 departmental plan here:

I have been having trouble with the online application tracker for a few days now. After logging in it just keeps saying Loading/ Chargement and doesn’t get past it. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, my application has everything compete except the oath. However, I have travel plans between April and May and I am suspecting that that oath will likely happen around May. Is there anyway we can ask IRCC to schedule the oath after certain date (when I will be back) or any other options which which anyone suggest to do in this case?

Happens when you give test and are awaiting it's update on tracker or during oath period.. it will come back up in a couple of days..

We have the same oath date..I haven't receieved any oath email. Do you which office your application is being processed at? My office is Scarborough.
