Drop an email to the test email address and ask about the oath. They might provide detail about the oath.

Congratulations! You and I have the same dates for everything completed and I'm waiting for the oath. Do you think your email to the test email worked? I've sent an email both to the test email and the oath invitation email. Fingers crossed.

This worked. Got a response from the oath ceremony email address saying my oath has been scheduled for Dec 20 @ 8.30 am. Tracker yet to be updated

Hi, what is your office? Scarborough? How did you find out that your oath has been scheduled when the tracker isn't updated. I think we have similar timeline but I haven't received any updates yet Thanks!

Yes it worked. They replied to me about 6 hrs after sending them an email asking about my Oath date/details.

My online status just changed today:

Your citizenship application status: Closed
Reason: We have approved your application to become a Canadian citizen
Congratulations!
You are now a Canadian citizen. Welcome to the Canadian family! Within the next few weeks, you'll receive documents and information for your next steps as a new citizen.

So I guess the certificate is coming soon Hopefully this week?

Hello guys,

in my case - my Oath is scheduled for Dec 19th, waiting for email invitation. Me and my wife completed test on July 26th.

Issue is my wife’s application is stuck. Background, physical presence, language are all still in progress even when we applied together. Is there a way to tell them to consolidate family app together.

Hi, Applied online Oct 10th 2021 - test completed end of July 2022.

On tracker everything is in progress except for test which is in completed status.

Anyone got oath invite while background check is in progress or status will change to completed first before getting oath invite?

Needed to know as I need to get my flight back to Canada accordingly if there is hope for me to get oath invite before holidays.

@scorpio1641 got your citizenship certificate ? my tracked updated to completed last Thursday 24th, though they told me over the phone that they printed my certificate on the week of 14th but, nothing yet. Not sure Canada post lost it, delaying to deliver it or some other theory. Not sure what to do at this point.

Nope nothing. Lost 5k tickets already. They actually told me same damn thing and same wordings when i called. Did they told you if they shipped yet ?
