If this may interest anyone, a friend who had travel plans due to work, while in her citizenship ceremony triage with the administrative clerk, explained the situation and showed proof of such plans, therefore, she was able to have the citizenship certificate expedited to her instead of the 2-6 weeks waiting time. If you face, HONESTLY, such urgency, try to communicate that during your private time with the clerk.

Some offices do not issue test invite until BG is complete. You might be stuck in security screening. Just a guess. Have you called IRCC and asked the reason for delay.

I call him more time he told your Security it’s pass in 29 Aug 2022 Criminal still In progress You have to security and Criminal pass after that background check is complete
