I got an email regarding the web form update I sent in May. Not sure if yesterday's update on the application was just webform update or something else.

I sent an webform in Feb regarding my move to the US and giving them my US address. I got an acknowledgement a little over 2 months later. But no ghost update.

So I doubt that resulted in you getting the ghost update.

I got email for webform in June, did not get any update on Tracker, my file is still in CPC Sydney and officer did not look into it yet thats why it taking time for me. No updates since AOR. I had issue with portal where it created duplicate application for resubmission after receiving AOR and then payment was already attached to initial application. I think my application is getting delayed because of that only.
I requested GCMS notes today, hopefully if clear some confusion. I wish I could have sent a paper application.

For renewal of PR card, I am sending my paper next month or in september not by online, don’t trust their online system.

I think they've just not picked up your application yet. Because the issue you described seems fairly easy to understand/evaluate. I don't think that would cause massive delays.

We share the same local office and your AOR is only a couple days later than mine, so you should expect some movement next week. Wish you best luck!

I called them and they told me its Sydney NS and Scarborough. File is still with Sydney NS

Or maybe you get the updates this week itself. Just keep checking the online tracker. Your AOR is a few days before mine. I saw on the Excel sheet where people post their processing dates, some people have AOR in Feb (aka Nov applicants) who received test invites. I don't know how the processing works or who gets picked. I will post my timeline when there are any update.

Best not to take any assumptions. You loose nothing by checking. How do we know that they are not working overtime or over the weekend? none of us know. Good luck!!
