IRCC does not respond to webform so quickly.

It is likely just a coincidence.

Do they update the tracker at any time throughout the day or do they only update it at a specific time (in the morning)?
 
can someone post the old ECAS LINK I need to see the status of my application or does only old tracker work for the paper app
