Hey guys!
I submitted my application on Oct 10th 2020. Since than the medical & biometrics has been completed (in March 2021). I received my pre-arrival almost 3 weeks ago. My question is how much longer until I get a ‘decision made’ or ppr?

Visa office: Ottawa, Ontario
Spousal location: India

If you got the query by email, respond to that with the copy.

But if you uploaded to a provided link or webform you should be fine.

Hello
Does anyone know why some people receive PPR’s quicker than others, after pre-arrival letter? Also, what is the average wait time?

As far as I know, you get pre-arrival email once you pass the eligibility. But the background search and security search continue. So, it might take some time for you to get the PPR depending on your VO and your application. There's no fixed time frame.
But, in normal circumstances, it shouldn't take much time.

No they do not always ask for an interview, generally only if they have questions about the genuineness of the relationship.
