Thanks. Is there any way to see its status? Like if I request CSIS notes? Or applying it has any bad affect ? Pl. advise?
You can only check the status of criminality in your GCMS notes. Security section will be completely redacted. I'm not sure what information will be shown in the CSIS notes.

I don't know if I congratulated you before but I'm fascinated to see your signature with: Canadian Citizen!
It excites me and also gives me hope. I thought that my husband and I could vote this year in Canada and have our Canadian passport; however, I see the opportunity to hear news very far away. Our process is on hold, I have not heard anything from IRCC and I have contacted them with no success.
Besides, I was going to ask you about the last part that I didn't understand in your signature: Passport Surrender + OCI Timeline; but I see that it has to do with another country. Actually, I got scared because I thought there was something more to this long and tortuous process.

Yeah, currently, oath is being scheduled for 2020 applicants in September 2021 to Feb 2022 window. I hope you get your oath scheduled at the earliest. Wish you good luck and all the very best!
Passport Surrender + OCI is for former Indian citizens.
New update! 3rd Sept, Citizenship test completed. Others are still in progress. Kindly update. So much delays in my background check, Physical Presence, Prohibitions, and language skills... Just wondering what could be the case. Thank you
