if one doing two jobs in same one period of one year then there will be one entry but two jobs and employers addresses in one entry in application . ?

I have one question.
I applied for my son as minor without accompanying parents. I submitted the application on 14th October 2020. I did not get any confirmation form the receipt of my application form Xpress post Canada. However, in beginning of Jan (I forgot the date), the ECAS is updated with application received on 16th Jan. However, I did not receive any AOR till to date. If you can see your status at ECAS, does it mean that your application is complete and will not be returned and application number is assigned. Please advise. I understand that he will bot need to appear for a test as his is 15 years old.

Yes, call IRCC and get the application number and ask them to confirm the method of communication.

Has anyone contacted cic via webform recently?
I contacted them to notify the change of address but I did not get any email confirmation or anything confirming they have received my request. Is that normal?

I updated my correspondence preference via webform. I applied on Jan. 20. I got the response from them on Feb. 9. So it took me about 3 weeks.
