Decision Made in the old ECAS and All Steps Completed on the new tracker, except for Ceremony is a good sign regardless. There is no way of checking the date for decision made on old ECAS. Would email "CIC-Mississauga-Citizenship@cic.gc.ca" to check what is the hold up and also the email were your test request came from, remember to have you last name and your file number in the subject line.

Thanks! I will try to contact them, I remember there is a way to request the application status detail, not sure if it's still available these days after the new tracker was released

Mine DM was on Feb 01, 2022, and still waiting for the oath. SK office is sleeping. Nearby Winnipeg is processing 2021 applications.

Winnipeg is also hosting ceremonies for other cities. My office was Vancouver yet my oath was with Winnipeg, so it seems they're shuffling cases around at least.

Around 2 weeks after I did my test, it showed complete for me.
