@legalfalcon on what basis, files are transferred to to local visa offices like NDVO. Me and my friend submitted our files within the gap of 4- 5 days. I submitted on 17th oct. His file is being processed from Ottawa and my file is lying with NDVO. His application has cleared amost all major stages like eligibility. Are there any specific reasons why my file has been transferred to NDVO ?
I think if they're transferred at a later stage of the application process, it's for the LVO to request PPR/issue COPR. What's the status of your application? Mine was transferred to my LVO right after completeness check and the reason was for "workload redistribution".

07.11.2021 Received portal credentials (yes Sunday...lol)
07.12.2021 Uploaded pics on PR Portal
07.13.2021 eCOPR available for download on PR Confirmation Portal and CIC portal shows approved...waiting for the PR card now...
For those of us who are still waiting, remember friends like us are still waiting for you to smile very soon... Jus hold on a bit... Ur almost there... As a piece of advice, try calling the call center for an update once a month... Things moved pretty quickly after my first and last call...

If you’re in India I’d say you better hope that they issue your PPR from Ottawa itself. NDVO is always under threat of lockdown and has been extremely slow nowadays. I would not trust them to process files.
Just got back GCMS notes today, no movement in file since eligibility passed in January 2021

Ur eligibility is passed through a case processing agent or its by an officer?
Mine is under case processing agent's recommendation.
Anything to be worried of ?
How frustrating... Hopefully things will move fast once they start working on FSW-O applications...
As of now agent only. As per other forums the officer goes with agent recommendation if there is no other red flag

Hey...sorry for asking many questions.....when was the eligibility passed on you file? There must be some dates on the notes from the officer.
