Thank you so much for this. Could you please explain something to me. My situation does not have any of the reasons you stated as RR. According to my GCMS note everything you stated was written “met”. But the only RR was for my husband’s Police certificates which does not have any criminal record stated. But unlike me, he has been denied visa to England twice. Could this be the reason why they stated review required in his police certificates? He’s also non-accompanying

If you have any prior visa refusals and you answer the statutory question as yes, they you have been denied a visa, your will have a review required. No need to be concerned, this is normal.

No, still We are reviewing.....your document....got an UPdate in the morning last week end but not sure if that was some remaining of the usual fake update encountered for the last 4 weeks....

Hey guys, hope you all doing good.
I got my on AOR- oct 3/2020, after that there was medical update and that’s it. Still haven’t got any update on my profile, no ghost update of any kind. I am CEC- Inland applicant. I travelled back to India in January for my brothers wedding, n got stuck in India because of the lockdown and flight suspension. Will this delay my COPR since am not physically there in Canada ? What are you thoughts, please clarify if someone knows anything about this.

Why does IRCC say they are experiencing delays yet they have processed applications even for March 2021?

Same as me. Why are they processing 2021 March and February and not 7 month old applications?

I wish I had an answer for you my friend. I hope we get it soon, keep us posted on future updates.

Guys stop worrying about the outliers that are being processed from Feb and March 2021. Those could be high-priority NOC codes, some other special circumstance, or just luck. But it isn't typical. CEC people in particular - your time is coming soon!

A case is parked when it is awaiting a response from the applicant, like a case is parked for an ADR until its received

But again, if you need to know more specifically why you might have RR, the best is to tell us what exactly the note says.
