In most cases RPRF is sent when eligibility is recommended passed or conclusively passed. If you received RPRF then definitely your eligibility has been recommended passed.

You can call and ask them if sufficient time has passed.

BG status change from “we are processing” to “in progress”. Then again, this is not always reliable

Does CIC send mail while BG status change from “we are processing” to “in progress”?
No email to this effect, you log in and see a change in BG status

Those who have paid RPRF fees upfront, how they will be able to understand whether they passed eligibility or not?

One indicator is when your BGC is in progress for the second time, this is when security starts.

Apart from that you can send a webform and ask or check your GCMS notes.

Now Eligibility is "We are reviewing..."
& BGC "We are processing..."
How do I know for sure if I passed Eligibility?
Also my status bar has disappeared a week ago, is this normal?
