I got an email from cic agent today stating that they are requiring some information for the furtherance of your file, please provide current residential address. does this mean they have started my eligibility and security. I recently called CIC and they said criminality has passed but eligibility & security has not started. what does this email indicate? does it indicate that they have picked up my profile again?

IRCC is collecting information on your country of residence so that it can process applications and if you are in Canada, you can be issued COPR, and if you are exempt from travel restrictions, then your application will be place in the respective inventory.

The email by itself doe snot indicate whether your security is passed or initiated. To confirm the status of your security, send a webform or call IRCC. You can also rely on your GCMS notes. See https://bit.ly/31AT9Ds

Saw that many others, who have US as COR got this email. Most of them said that their VO is Montreal. Not sure if this is sign that they planning to issue PPRs for FSW based on COR/travel exemption. Please let us know if you receive in reply once you respond to the email.

Yeah, it's right . Because they enclose all documents, sometimes email exceeds 25Mb, they send a CD data to your home address.
I got one CD, I had no idea what it was until opening it. lmao

CBSA does include, it's not the same presentation and not exactly the same.

No, I didn't notice any GU so far. Did you call IRCC to check the status afterwards?

NO because the GU was last week and my 6 month will be april 10th + I ordered CBSA notes on march 17th.
