You can see in your GCMS notes that they have a record of every single time we have called.Just called IRCC early this morning!

Do you guys have any idea about when security will start and how long gonna take?
PS: I don’t know if they keep our calls as record but today’s agent are sound kind of rude. Maybe just because I called 3 times in last 4 months.
Yeah I believe so. The agents from last 3 calls are good though. Anyway, I got what I want to heard from last call.You can see in your GCMS notes that they have a record of every single time we have called.
But I don't think calls have any effect on the application processing no matter how many you make. On GCMS notes they just put it down as "Client Inquiry (Tire 2) - No action required". Don't worry about calling them several times. I have read in different threads people calling them every week for weekly updates.
About taking notes, I don't think they do because it is a government agency call center, and under the Privacy Act you can get "ALL" information that Canada government has about you (except for high level security info). Let's assume maybe they do take notes, what value are they of? Nothing.. Neither the IRPP OR the IRP Act say anything about applications delayed/rejected due to 'notes' taken at call center call. They have to work according to the sections of the Act.
And yes, some of those agents can be REALLY rude, which makes me wonder are these calls recorded? because if they were then they won't be so rude because they also need to keep their job.
Don't be too worried about calling them again and again, its you application you have all the right in the world to know the status!
There is no deeper meaning if you System Error.I received my GCMS notes today that I requested on December 4 and the notes were generated on December 7.
@legalfalcon I see that in Info Sharing it says "System Error". What does that mean? Is it some technical glitch on IRCC's end or has some deeper meaning to it?
First of all there is nothing as soft or hard landing. As soon as you land and are admitted into Canada, you become a PR and you are free to leave the country. IRCC is currently discouraging this due to health safety concerns.Hi @legalfalcon please is it possible for someone to land and go back to his country after 3 months round up with work for a while before finally going back. I heard IRCC has stopped soft landing. Is this true? And will this be regarded as soft landing considering the person will be in Canada for 3 months after landing before leaving?

what are the specs for digital photo for soft landing?
i just took it from shoppersdrug today..file size is 1200 × 1680, 475 kb..is it correct?
i had given them pdf of photo spec and they gave me hard copy which is not meeting specs mentioned in pdf. i found specs are too large for such photos..2 inche wide, 2 3/4 inche height
they have given me hard copy of 1.25 inch wide, 2 inche height.
Please guide. Thanks.
@legalfalcon
