I applied on behalf of my Father.
Here is updated timeline :
Applied: 01 October 2019.
Biometrics Request: 02 October 2019.
Biometrics Done: 04 October 2019.
Passport Request: 18 October 2019.
Passport Submitted: 23 October 2019.
Final decision on October 25, 2019:- Your application was approved.
And from where your application processed?kindly look to your correspondence letter.

Usually it's within 2 days you get a passport request after correspondence letter...Not its not a bad sign

Thats is not mandatory It usually comes within the week after correspondence
