My app was transferred to CPC Mississauga on 26th nov.

Just now I got update on my ircc account and got pre-arrival services letter.
What does that means?

Ok so if you got pre-arrival and DM for PA then you are 80% positive that all worked fine. Im sure a senior member will shed more light on this for you but CONGRATS.

What did you originally send in to get a request for PSA Advisory on Marriages? My wife and I got married in another country and have not yet been able to register in the Philippines since they changed the registration requirements on us and we're still getting the paperwork for that. We sent in a Certificate of No Marriage from Philippines together with the Marriage Certificate from where we were married (as indicated in the instructions).

I have a question if someone can able to answer. I have checked ECAS that shows decision made under Principal Applicant PR application status.
Then, I checked my IRCC account that shows no update in application. Can someone able to help me on these. What does decision made in ECAS actually mean?
my timeline:
APP received: 3rd oct
AOR: 5th nov
SA: 21th nov
BIO: 25th nov
MEP: 27th nov

yes...it is Approved...wait for PR email...

In our case, GCKey was updated after they have processed my husband's passport to affix visa

So let me ask you...just now my lawyer sent me a screenshot from mycic account which only says Medical passed on the left and biometrics enrollment date o Nov 18th on the right. Absolutely nothing mentioning about decision made, background check in process or anything like that BUT ECAS shows DM on the PA side.

I read numerous posts in this forum about this situation but still its unclear to me. So what should I be expecting? And though I had my chat logs translated and ready to submit in case they would ask...CPC did not ask for it!! Errghh...Im like all over the place now!

I finished the biometrics and medical exam. Received an email the application has been forwarded to Mississauga. Is this the period with the long wait before we hear anything?

I am not sure if anyone has answered you yet. If its sen to CPCM then two things can happen. CPCM will review PAs eligibility, criminal bcg an security. If everything is straight forward then decision will be made by cpcm. If anything becomes a bit suspicious or they are unable to complete locally (mississauga) then file gets forwarded to LVO (Local Visa Office) of the PAs country for further processing which may result in delay depending of their work flow. So to resume the above:
CPCM + STRAIGHT FORWARD BGC = very short wait time (based on my experience)

UNABLE TO COMPLETE LOCALLY + FILE MOVE TO LVO = LONGER WAIT TIME AND DELAY.

I might not be 100% accurate. A senior member will correct my mistakes.
