Hey Karl, no need to worry at this early stage. If you look at the google sheet, a couple of us that have our applications received on 21st and before haven't got AOR yet. It might just be a timing thing.

Mine was received on the 1st of October and even I haven't heard anything yet! Trying to not stress, I suppose we will hear one way or another in due course.

Has anyone whose application was received on October 21 -election day - received an AOR? My application was received October 21 and no AOR. I see lots of AORs for applications after October 21, but none for October 21. I wonder if election day somehow screwed up their system...

My application was received on 18th October and AOR still not received

My application was received in the same day, my sponsor got AOR on 16th November and I can access to ECAS and GCKey in the same day as well.

I'm a bit stressed about this, too, but then I admit our file is pretty big - largeish family, multiple translated/notarised lengthy docs, explanatory letters, fair amount of legal docs etc. I hope the delay is they're actually looking at it rather than sending it back, anyway. To me, our case seems straightforward but probably doesn't look that way with the thick pile of paper I sent.
