Anyone has any updates? I passed my medical on Feb. 28 and have no idea what to expect next for an update, anyone?

What you can expect after this is a 'long wait'. ;)

Has your background check started? If not, that's the next step after medicals.
After that it is either the request for RCMP/ADR or the SA/AIP. :)

My BGC started before my medicals were received and updated as passed, sometime around Feb 21., medicals passed on the 28th. What is ADR?

Hi, would you please provide a link to the new form you have to submit? Just in case I have also provided the wrong form ;) Thanks for the update!

It's is this one. It has the (06-2019) date at the bottom of the page. (The original form I submitted said (11-2018) at the bottom. It seemes like they updated it and changed the format slightly. Just irks me that my checklist automatically linked to the older version.):

Ive noticed the processing time for OWP's has gone back in time lol

They are now processing paper applications received October 15th...

I saw that too! Unbelieveable.

I just wanted to share my timeline as inland Spousal Sponsorship:

1. They received my application on June 24, 2019
2. on Oct 10th I received my Open Work permit for 2 years
3. Dec 08th I received the medical test request
4. Jan 10th, 2020 they starting processing my application - I received a letter saying that I was approved to apply for the PR and that my case was sent to Etobicoke
5. Feb 14th, I received the appointment letter
6. Feb 21st My husband and I went to the Landing appointment at the Etobicoke location and successfully got my PR!!!
7. March 12th, received PR card on mailbox

Questions asked: to me -> confirm home address, when was the first and last time you enter to Canada'; to my husband -> if he was currently working

Anyways, hope this gives you an idea of the process and I wish everyone the best!! :)

So just to clarify: You had valid status when you applied? A a visitor?

And why did your lawyer say no work permit till the end of the process?

My bloodwork did not include any tests for drugs. Based on what I understand the general tests are for STDs and any serious health issues like kidney or heart problems
