Application delivered with signature: October 17
AOR - ?

I’m worried about my application since I’m seeing people whose application was delivered later than mine and have revived that AOR.

Should I be worried?

I cant say not to worry cause I would be if I were you but dont stress too much. It takes up to 60 days from what I see sone persons indicate on other threads. Also I've seen some persons say they never received AOR and after 3-4 months receive SA and/medical request. If nothing by the end of the month I'd call them to check on it. However no news is somewhat good news usually if it were to be returned you would've gotten it back already (happened to us when we first submitted) so it's possible it's being processed. Also ensure the sponsor checks his junk/spam mail. Hope this helps

PR/OWP Application sent: October 10, received October 11.
Wait on AOR..
My husband is applying inland just as visitor from US, but every time he was re-entering would say he's visiting me.. always went back every couple months to visit family so was never an issue of staying more than 6 months. Last time he re-entered was October 9..
Now that application is in, is there any possibility for us to travel to US and back? We'd wait until OWP was processed, but even then, are there issues re-entering/is it worth the risk?
If anyone has any input at all that would be extremely helpful! I'm pregnant and due in March so super nervous about him leaving and potentialy not being able to re-enter!

Yes call ircc. 18882422100

I think the option is 2 1 1 0 but don't press all at once. Choose the language and listen to what the options are. You should give your info and application number. They will be able to assist. However, if you signed the form for representative, I'm not sure how it works. I would assume you can get information since you are the sponsor or applicant.

Will the OWP take longer if sent with the PR or would it have processed faster if we sent it separately? I see a lot of people already have their OWP linked to their application and I check ECAS everyday and I haven't seen anything about his OWP. Everything on the website recommended sending it all together so I figured that would be the fastest but I'm reading other people sent it separately.

You cannot see owp in ecas. When you go in ecas, it tells you which applications can be seen there. Linking tour application in GCKey doesn't make it go faster. If you linked your PR application, you should be able to do the same with the owp application. Try UCI + name or Dob + passport no.

Did anyone send their application via Canada post?

And if yes did you get a delivery conformation? My application said "out for delivery" in October but never "delivered".

When I asked Canada Post about this they said it was delivered but goes in a bulk delivery bag...

You took the service with tracking? It should be delivered in time. If it's not, ask for refund. And yes, it should say delivered and even you can see the signature even if you haven't paid for it.

Yep service with tracking... they issued a refund and said it was delivered even though the status wasnt updated.... IRCC are saying they dont have it though. looks like Im starting from the beginning again

Medical done and submitted now I got mail yesterday that ur file is transfer to New Delhi office. Is it normal. After they sent file to delhi how much time it take and what all they will do

It's just odd since no one here that I'm aware of has gotten a biometric request or medical request yet as some from late October haven't even gotten their AOR yet.

My is paper base. I got request to pay fee for biometric and on same day medical request for my husband. He got it done in India nd submitted. Now two days back my lawyer told me that got mail nd it say your file transfer to New Delhi for further processing.
