Received the AOR today to my wife's email. She's sponsoring me.
Application was received Oct. 10.
Quick question,
since my wife is sponsoring me does she need to create an account on cic.gc.ca or can I link it to my existing account?
I'm here on a PGWP (if that matters) and have an account with cic.gc.ca.

Did you or your wife filled the application or through a counsellor usually they set up email with ircc in case they need extra documents if she did then yes you can link up with your acct if lawyer or immigration counsellor did it(means having a representative) you may not able to link it unless you remove the representativeReceived the AOR today to my wife's email. I filled out the application. No one beside us was involved.
I'm trying to link the application to my account but the system says it can't find an application with such UCI and Application No.
Does it take time for their system to update itself or something? How does this work..?

Thanks. I'm losing my hope now, everyone from oct.10 received their AOR all today except mine. Sigh

How do we link the OWP request to our account ?
I see that many of you did this in the Timeline spreadsheet. (always seems to be a few days after AOR)

Note - It may take a few days after AOR before the OWP can be linked. Also, you have 5 tries per day.
Many thanks @TriniKRN ! you got me on the right track. I wasn't putting Temporary residence as Category. It's still not working yet, but it must be because we need to wait a couple days after AOR.
