No you do the biometrics only once. So you only pay them one time either with the PR or with the OWP.

Well, I dont know exactly. First of all, maybe I gave biometric already during visitor visa process, I just dont remember. Anyways if I need to do biometrics I will pay a fee (it is easy, quick, online).

Finally linked our GCKey to the application! What a gong show! Feels so good that it finally worked holy moly
No it was done before. It was done one week after the application was sent. Phoned the clinic and asked if they use emedical. I also told them we didn't have imm1017 they said it's not a pb. They said, when we get the request, we can send it to them so they can reupdate in emedical. But what I did I phone cic told them medicals were done and we had the form and they said to send a webform so VO could receive it.
Just received an email back from IRCC regarding not being able to link my OWP..They said that I can't link my OWP yet since it's still waiting to be processed and that i may receive an email in the future with an update of it being processed and that I should be able to link it then. Hopefully that means that it's actually there at least.
Just got my OWP approval letter / email from CIC!!! Can hardly believe it!
