October 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

Hi! I m a June 2019 applicant. As the ECAS shows, my oath is scheduled this Monday 6th December. And I didn’t receive any notice by email. There s someone in my situation?
There my timeline:

-June 13 2019: application sent
- June 27 2019 : application received
- September 05 2019: AOR received
-January 29 2020: did the test
-October 18 2021: Background completed
-October 29: Prohibitions completed
-November 19 2021: Oath status in progress
-December 06 2021: Oath scheduled

Did you call/send them a webform? IRCC is a mess and unreliable. They didn't send invitations to other applicants before, and they had to reschedule. I see many if not most applicants receive it 7-14 days before.

Thanks for the response. My friend is a single applicant and mine is family application ( Me , my wife and minor child ). Both of our applications shows as Decision Made on the same date ( Aug 28 ). No response since then !! My kids status is still in process on both new tracker and ecas ..

Family vs. solo applicant may have been an issue. And minor applicants' trackers will always show "in process" until the adult's cases are closed together with theirs.

Guys, I finally received DM and an invite to take the Oath on December 14th! I was fully expecting the ceremony to be in March 2022, so I'm over the moon I have yet to receive an email with the Oath invite, all updates were on the tracker. Details are in my signature.
I'll keep you posted on how long it takes to receive the email invite.

IRCC must take full responsibility of this. Call them all the time to reschedule you the oath as soon as possible. Don't play passive with IRCC. They are unreliable.

gotta hand it to IRCC, not everyone can turn such an important milestone as becoming a citizen, which should come with pride and relief, and turn it in a nerve-racking, anxiety inducing nightmare...

I am so sorry to hear that. I sincerely hope they are able to reschedule you ASAP... like for real ASAP ...
