I think a lot of people are waiting for the ceremony invite...

I know of few people whose file was processed by Mississauga and they got their oath in the last two weeks. One of them got his test and decision made in Feb, and another one got it in March.

However, I am still waiting for my Decision Made and Oath Ceremony. My timeline is in the signature below.

Whoever updates the tracker. I think I got invite for the test on the 18th but no email. I found out when I randomly checked my status and I had given up on checking for past two months because London office has been super slow l.

I took to test tonight and provisionally passed 20/20. I think my dates are on the tracker and I have lost track.

now the wait for the next steps begins. I have pretty much given up hopes of it happening quickly.

Hi, does anyone know how many days it take the citizenship certificate to arrive in the mailbox after the oath ceremony? I completed my oath on the 9th of June and still nothing in the mailbox. Thanks

Hello,

Did you receive your certificate? Also check what is the overall status of your tracker: is it completed or still decision made. I think the date when the status change from decision made to completed is the date the certificate is issued. May be someone else can confirm.

Sorry if this is already being answered somewhere but how long does it take for background check to clear with 2nd fingerprints request? I did my 2nd FP on May 20, 2021 and RCMP confirmed that they sent those to IRCC on June 2, 2021. I have been informed by IRCC today that they didn't receive my FPs yet. Any idea how long does it take for background check to complete after FPs are sub'd?

Do you know when was your application status changed to completed for your language skills, physical presence and prohibitions? And how long after the test?

Thanks! that helped. So, it is almost 2 weeks for RCMP and another 2-4 weeks for IRCC.

Yup. And the first time I called IRCC and they said they do don’t have the FP, it appears that they had, but it wasn’t on file yet. Maybe that’s the case for you too.

My tracker is showing interview scheduled for tomorrow but I have not received any correspondence. The tracker was also just updated today. Everything other than the oath shows complete and I have decision made on old tracker (just checked again). Any suggestions or experience?

Hopefully the interview is just a glitch, since many interviews are being cancelled due to some procedural updates. I think the decision made on ECAS is key. Looks like good news.

I have the same situation, I got an update today that I have an interview tomorrow but I didn't receive any email and my tracker has just test and background check completed. I am confused what to do.

So how many days after giving the test does the tracker complete the test portion? I passed it but it still shows you have to take the test.

they just sent me my test email saying they made a mistake and it wasn’t sent on the 16th.
