No idea what happened to him. I assume he'll post here if he gets the oath invite.

I suspect that the people who got interviewed get oath sooner? At least in scarbrough 's cases looks like that. But regardless the Mississauga office has been silent since their last oath invite a month ago. I haven't seen anyone either here or on facebook post anything. If that officer told you correctly about 1 month then you should hear something soon.

I am October 2019 applicant did my test on February 07 2021 and passed it. Since then I haven't heard anything from CIC. Is it normal ? I am from Hamilton.

By late May early June if we don't hear anything we might want to arrange some collective effort to press the mississauga office. Maybe write to MPs.

Should not wait that long. Already trying as Mississauga office is not moving from last 2 months.

You interviewed with a Mississauga officer right ? Did you get a chance to ask how long it takes to get oath invite for Mississauga ? It seems Mississauga has its own pace which is slower than most other offices , there’s been no invite since March .

Hi all
has anyone had any issue with fingerprints sent by RCMP but now received by IRCC? I called immigration last Friday and they said they didn’t have the FP on my file yet. So I emailed the police and they confirmed it was sent on April 14th. The IRCC agent said it can take up to a month for them to update the file, but it was way faster when I sent my FP last year.

Hi there - this year things have changed and covid is delaying everything.

It takes about 2 weeks (or 3) for IRCC to confirm fingerprints receipt after the mail out by RCMP.

You are almost there with 2 weeks so wait another week and follow up.
