Hi all,
I would appreciate if someone can share timeline from finger print to test invite. I submitted my fingerprint on Mar 6th. When can I expect test invite.
Appreciate your experience/feedback.

I have attended test on Feb 27th, 2021. No updates after that. I have contacted IRCC on last Friday. Agent said I passed the test and officer going to reach out if they need any additional documents and confirmed that my application is being processed at Scarborough office. I have been informed that we have to wait at least 1 month before calling the IRCC after test.

Passed my test yesterday. In the middle of the test (at around 3 mins after the start), I got a message on the browser that my cam got disconnected and I need to re-enter with credentials. I logged in again, the questions I answered were still there with my answers, so I finished the test without anymore incident and submitted. Within how many days do they come back to confirm that they accepted my result?

Call IRCC in about a week to confirm if they have received your test results. Some people had cleared the test but when they called to check for the next steps, they were told that their test results were not received.

Also check your ECAS. If it changes to Decision Made then everything is okay and you don't need to call them. Also, if you receive and interview invite, it means your test went well and they have your results.

Hello, from my experience it takes about 3 business days for RCMP to clear you and mail the results to Vancouver, which takes more than 2 weeks to reach them. You can email RCMP to ask about status and when they mailed your results so you can get a good estimate of when IRCC should receive it (you can also call IRCC 2-3 weeks after the results were mailed to confirm they have attached it to your file). Soon after, you should expect to hear about next steps. Best of luck.

I second this - Vancouver IRCC office responds to your email and they are kind enough to acknowledge your communications and put a note on your file.

The second FP request was after they scheduled the interview? I thought I was cleared when the interview was scheduled. :/

Yes, FPs are valid for 1 year.

If you gave FP before, and you have not been asked for FP yet, trust me you will have to do 2nd FP. Then read on....

If this applies to you, my advice, be proactive and do FP beforehand and get a copy of FP sent to yourself. When you get a FP request from IRCC, email them scan copy and ask if you can send original via courier ? This will fast track your application from in proces to decision made sooner.

If it does not apply to you, my apologies for wasting few minutes of useless reading
