Yes, I did. But that fee consists of the processing fee of $530 and right of citizenship fee $100 and nothing for biometric fee. Please see the link below:

Yes, that was the only fees required as far I know. I am wondering why did you get that email. If you don’t mind , can you copy paste the content of the email that they sent you to better understand it.
