Guys,

They've returend my application because of the Yes or No check page or the prohibitions to be eligible to become a canadian citizen.
When I submitted it last october the version is CIT002 (06-2019).

Then they highlighted they said that i missed is CIT002 (12-2019).

They made mistake.

What is the best thing to do now?
what's their contact number?

question: does CIC check your travels for the period after you submit your citizenship application? does it matter if u are out of the country after the application is sent

I think you need to let them know in case you plan to stay longer than 2 weeks. But I travelled for a little bit more than 2 weeks after I had submitted the application and I didn't say anything and they didn't ask (or checked) either.

I wouldn't be concerned yet, there are still quite a lot of October applicants that didn't get it yet. But that shouldn't be much longer before you get it.

My application was returned as one of the forms was not signed and therefore it was considered incomplete. I'm now ready to resubmit the application but a question to the group here - can I use the proof of payment that I had in my original application package? The letter from the case processing centre indicates that "fees were not taken". Or do I have to pay online again for the re-submission?

I think you should just send it in again, does this mean you back to the bottom off the pile again - when did you send it in originally , maybe give them a call

Sounds like you can reuse the original receipt.

My application was sent on October 5th and returned today Jan 21st because one of the documents was not signed. I'm fixing it and returning the package back for processing today
