Did you know when your BG check was completed? Mine was done on June 4 but Physical Presence/Language/Prohibition are still in progress.
Hello! I just checked the tracker and it says that they are requesting fingerprints. It says that they sent me an email, however i checked all the folders and i got nothing. Do you know how long does it take for the email to be sent?

looks like Edmonton office is real slow , as I gave my test back on June 9th and it is still not showing completed.
